Like pricing your home just right to sell quickly, staging your home to where it looks like it belongs in a magazine, using the best team to photograph and video your home to be most desirable. She is also a social media guru. Everyday she was posting videos and photos of all her clients homes and that’s powerful. When Felicia lists your home, be ready to move because it won’t be on the market long. We also had Felicia assist us in the purchase of our new home, which was an hour and a half away. The distance didn’t keep her from always being there thru all the stages. She is the hardest working person I know in real estate. Most importantly, she is your friend and really cares about you and your family. I love this girl and am blessed to have her in my life.
